Find Your Package: Browse and filter options to find your ideal package.

Select Your Package: Click Buy Now and navigate to Tixr. Click the blue (+) sign at the bottom-right of the package image you want to purchase.

• Pre-Sale Access: If you're part of the pre-sale, you’ll see a blue lock symbol. Enter your access code to unlock the package, then click the blue (+) sign. 

Proceed to Checkout: 

• The page may display an “At Limit” alert, which means you cannot cart additional items, but you may proceed through the purchase process.
• Click "Checkout."
• A timer will appear in the top-right corner, indicating the time left to complete your purchase.
• Add-Ons: You may be prompted to add extras (ie festival upgrades & additional nights)
• Payment Option: Select if you want to opt into the payment plan or proceed to pay in full.
• Leave the promo code field empty.

Account Login: Log into your Tixr account or create a new one. Make sure you can access your existing account by checking your password beforehand.

Will Call Name: Enter the Lead Guest's name, which cannot be changed or transferred. (The Lead Guest doesn’t have to be the cardholder.)

Confirm and Complete: Submit your payment details and click the purchase button. You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and Tixr confirmation email. 

Finalize Details: Provide your phone number, shipping address, and agree to the purchase policies. 

Travel Insurance: Select if you want to add travel insurance with Wanderwell.

Yep! Split up the cost of your Chrysalis Los Cabos trip with a 5% deposit, followed by a series of monthly installments. The payment plan option must be selected during the checkout process and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. There is a $50 fee to join the payment plan.

Only one credit card can be used to make the initial deposit and that card will be automatically charged for all future installments. If the credit card on file needs to be updated for future installments, please follow these directions to make the change.

The payment plan cannot be used for orders under $1,500 or waitlisted package. Payment plans can be paid off early at any time.

Tixr will automatically attempt to process past due payments when a new payment method is added. If your new card does not process successfully, we recommend contacting your financial institution to ensure the payment is not blocked. Please also notify our Guest Services team if you are attempting to complete a past due payment.

Please note: We will honor the 10 day grace period (noted on the Tixr link above) whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation earlier.

All of our packages are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you’re making a purchase with a card issued outside the United States, your payment may be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate determined by your financial institution at the time of the transaction. Please note that foreign transaction fees may apply, depending on your bank or card provider.

Yes, a waitlist may be activated once a package sells out. Waitlist packages are not guaranteed and will be clearly labeled as such throughout the checkout process. You’ll enter your billing information and select how long you’d like to remain on the waitlist. After joining, you’ll receive a confirmation email noting your waitlist status.

If a package becomes available, select waitlist orders may be processed automatically. If your order is selected, you will be charged the full amount and sent a confirmation email. Please note that waitlist processing can occur at any time and without prior notice. Payment plans are not available for waitlist orders. All sales are final.

If you change your mind before your waitlist order is selected, you can remove yourself at any time by logging into  your Tixr account.

If you have already purchased a package and your preferred waitlisted package becomes available, we will allow you to change packages so long as the new package is not a downgrade from the original package. In this instance, we would refund the package of lesser value and you may keep the upgraded package. In order to receive a refund, the lead guest name must be exactly the same on both packages and Guest Services must be contacted within 24 hours of the waitlist package processing.

Please note: Travel insurance added to waitlist packages goes into effect on the date the package is processed.

All packages are non-refundable per the event Purchase Policy. Although travel insurance is not required, we highly recommend it to give folks greater peace of mind with their travels. We've partnered with Wanderwell to offer guests an affordable solution. Please click here to learn more.

Basic coverage with Wanderwell is available as an add-on during the purchase process. If you’re interested in upgrading to ‘Cancel for Any Reason’ coverage, please contact Wanderwell directly post purchase.

Travel insurance is fully handled by a third party, who settles any claims independently of the Chrysalis Los Cabos team. Additionally, please be aware that specific coverage varies depending on the third party and plan level.

Not necessarily! Festival passes are sold individually, but travel packages and glamping packages can accommodate multiple people. Travel packages can accommodate groups ranging from 1 to 8 guests, and only 1 individual needs to buy the package for the entire group. When selecting a package, make sure it suits your group's size.

Only one credit card can be used for the initial purchase. If you opt for the payment plan and need to update the credit card on file for future installments, however, please follow these directions to make the change.

During the purchase process, you’ll be prompted to enter a Will Call Name (Email and Phone Number). This Will Call Name is considered the Lead Guest and may be different from the Tixr account holder. The lead guest has full authority over the package, and this cannot be changed after the purchase. Lead guests will receive login details for their personal event Guest Dashboard in the months leading into the festival. In the Guest Dashboard, lead guests can review package information, submit additional guest names, and more.

The lead guest will receive all communication regarding the package and festival.

‍

Lead guests will add the names of additional guests via the Guest Dashboard (released closer to the festival). Please be sure to submit all guests' information in the Guest Dashboard before April 14th, 2026. After this date, a $100 fee will be applied to add or change any of the secondary guests' names.

‍

If you purchased a package as a gift, please enter the recipient’s name as the Lead Guest (Will Call Name) at checkout. Please contact Guest Services within 48 hours of purchase if you wish to edit the Lead Guest's name without incurring into additional fees.

Processing Fees & Taxes

Pricing is inclusive of all processing fees. A Tixr processing fee, along with a new sustainability fee ($5/person), are already included in all package prices. Taxes will be added to your cart during check out.

If you select our payment plan option, there will be a one-time $50 fee added to your cart at checkout.

Late Guest Changes

All additional guest names for travel & glamping package must be submitted within the Guest Dashboard by Tuesday, April 14th, 2026. After this date, there will be a $100 fee to add or change a guest name to your package for check in. If an additional guest arrives and has not been registered in the Guest Dashboard, they will not be able to check in until this fee has been paid.

Any changes you request after your purchase is complete, to the extent permitted in our sole discretion, shall result in additional costs.

Additional Services

The hotels and all-inclusive resorts may offer extra amenities, such as spa treatments, exclusive dining experiences, off-site adventures, and more. These extras services would be an additional cost. The resorts may also charge a mandatory resort fee at check-in. For the most up-to-date information, we recommend checking with the resort directly. Any hotel/resort fees will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

VAT Tax

Finally, please be aware that all Mexico residents will be subject to a 16% added VAT tax, which will be charged as an incidental to the credit card provided to the resort at check-in. Important: any non-residents who fail to provide their passports and immigration cards to the resort at check-in, will also incur this charge.

Yes. All prices may adjust based on availability, demand, or special promotions. From the initial on-sale date through the start of the event, all prices are subject to change.

You're welcome to join the waitlist for multiple packages, but please note that all waitlist orders are non-refundable if granted. Packages may become available for various reasons at any time before the festival. You can remove yourself from the waitlist anytime by logging into your Tixr account. If you are charged and receive a waitlist package, all sales are final.

This is a boutique destination event in Mexico, and unlike many U.S. festivals, the level of staging, production, staffing and infrastructure at this scale and intention here simply costs more.

3-Day Mexican Resident Passes are also available, all Mexican Resident ticket holders will need to present a valid Mexican ID or proof of residence at event check-in. During checkout, only the purchaser is required to provide a valid Mexican address.

Children are welcome at Chrysalis Los Cabos and will receive free festival entry! That said, they MUST be added to your order during the purchase process to ensure proper entry and safety.

Yes - This poster is exclusive to all Empyrean VIP & Super Empyrean VIP guests!

You'll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the festival - it is not included. More information regarding parking at the festival will be shared closer to the festival dates.

All GA and VIP tickets are set to be delivered on May 1st , 2026 after  9am PT. Tickets will be sent to your email and will also appear in your Tixr account. 

Purchases made after this date will be delivered shortly after purchase.

Yes, glamping is an adults-only experience. Guests must be 18 or older to join in on the fun!

All glamping experiences are four (4) nights only. We are not able to accommodate any additional night requests.

For sure! Each tent will have basic power access for charging small devices like phones, portable fans, tablets. High-voltage appliances (hair dryers, AC units,  etc.) are not supported - please plan accordingly!

Yes, each tent includes a lock to secure your belongings. Crania Reclaim also includes 24hrs security.

We offer tents with your choice of two twin beds or one king bed, availability permitting. All tents will include pillows and sheets.

San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the closest airport to the festival site. Guests may also fly into Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL), but that airport is further away, about one hour.

No, you will need to book your own flights to/from Cabo.

Airport transportation is only available to glamping and travel package guests. Shuttle service is included to and from San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) or Cabo San Lucas International Airport (CSL). 

‍

All flight details will be collected within the Guest Dashboard. If flight details are not provided in advance before the cut off date of Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, you may need to use airport shuttle services on a standby basis.

‍

Please note: Airport shuttle transportation is only available between May 9-21, 2026. Additionally, transportation is only provided from the Cabo airports to your festival package accommodations. If you plan to stay elsewhere before or after your package dates, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation.

Walking is not recommended due to traffic and narrow sidewalks on East Cape Road. Plan to utilize Uber or taxi. 

Limited parking will be available on a first come first serve basis - carpooling is strongly encouraged! More info will be shared closer to the festival.

Travel and glamping packages will be set to Will Call and festival credentials will be available for pickup at the property check-in. Otherwise, all other festival passes will require a Tixr digital ticket for entry. More information will be shared closer to the festival.

The festival schedule and set times, including any late-night programming, will be shared closer to the festival dates. Typically the venue opens mid-afternoon and late night music continues beyond midnight. Stay tuned for more details!

Chrysalis Los Cabos will be at Iskali Sculpture Garden. The best address for the festival site is:

The venue is general admission. There is no assigned seating in the venue and outside chairs are not permitted, however, we do have ample seating around for anyone needing a dance break!

All Boutique Hotel, Glamping, Empyrean VIP and Super Empyrean VIP guests have access to the Kick-Off Party on May 13th! The party features complimentary food & beverage - stay tuned for more details closer to the event.

If you purchase a 3-night travel package (check-in May 14th) and select the Empyrean VIP or Super Empyrean VIP upgrade, please plan to purchase an additional night if you wish to attend the Kick-Off Party on May 13th.
